Monthly and year-to-date service delivery with numbers - March 2018

Our navigators interview the vets and identify the agencies who can meet their needs. No more veterans bouncing from one organization to another to try to figure out the system.
March was the busiest month yet at VetsNet! 55 veterans and/or families were served, with 109 different needs identified, ranging from housing to jobs to qualifying for Food Share. 85 distinct connections were made for the veterans we served in March.

In the first quarter we also began an important partnership with Hunger Task Force and Froedert Medical College of Wisconsin, with health screenings and assessments with, primarily, senior veterans.

The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs also opened an office in our facility to develop new partnerships in Southeast Wisconsin and continue their outreach to homeless veterans under their VORP program.

Thanks to all our great partner agencies for being attentive and responsive to the needs of veterans and families in crisis!
