The Milwaukee CoC and Veteran Initiative are holding a 1-day event to provide assistance in completing housing application referral for all Veterans and their families experiencing homelessness.
Anyone currently residing in an Emergency Shelter, Safe Haven, Transitional Housing or on the streets, qualifies for the various housing openings currently available in Milwaukee County
To qualify, you must come to Vets Place Central on July 11 between 10am and 1pm and have the following documents with you:
- ID (State ID or Driver’s License)
- Social Security Card
- DD214 with Discharge Status
- Income verification of the last 30 days (June 2018)
- Homeless verification letters, if applicable.
