Hiring Our Heroes is excited to share an opportunity for veterans interested in launching a career in datacenter operations through the Microsoft Datacenter Pathway Program-VETS (MDP-VETS). This free, paid training program is designed for veterans with recent experience in mechanical, maintenance, HVAC, or electrical fields who are looking to transition into a career with Microsoft’s datacenter as a Critical Environment Technician (CET). This comes after piloting this program earlier this year, and the initial cohort achieved a 100% job offer rate and an average starting salary of $80K.
